We are excited to share that Property Fling has officially secured another property on Azure Way in the heart of Encinitas, our second project on the very same street. Demo is already underway, and our team could not be more thrilled to begin bringing new life to this home.
There is something uniquely rewarding about returning to a neighborhood where we have already made an impact. The tight knit community in Encinitas has been incredibly welcoming. In fact, several neighbors from Azure Way reached out the moment they saw our team back on site, sharing kind words of encouragement and gratitude for the transformation that is already taking shape. Hearing “welcome back” from residents means the world to us, as it shows that our work is being felt beyond the walls of each home we renovate.
